REBOUND® AIR WALKER by Össur
Price range: $169.95 through $199.99 (-11%)
The Össur Rebound® Air Walker is a premium orthopedic walking boot designed to provide stabilization and protection for severe ankle sprains, stable foot or ankle fractures, and post-operative recovery (such as Achilles tendon repairs). It combines a rigid outer shell with an integrated pneumatic system to offer adjustable, custom compression.
Features
-
- Integrated Air Pump: Features an easy-to-use, built-in pump and deflate valve that allows you to inflate or deflate the liner to adjust the compression level as swelling goes up or down.
- Rocker Bottom Sole: The engineered rocker bottom mimics a normal walking gait, reducing pressure on the injured foot and promoting a smoother, more natural step.
- Moisture-Wicking Liner: A breathable, washable interior liner helps regulate temperature and keeps the skin dry during extended wear.
- Flex Edge® Technology: Flexible over-molded edges adapt to the unique anatomy of your leg, helping to relieve pressure points and prevent rubbing.
Usage & Sizing Tips
-
- Height Options: Available in both Standard (High-Top) for maximum leg/ankle immobilization and Low-Top variants for mid-to-forefoot injuries.
- Fit: It features a universal design that fits either the left or right foot. Sizing is typically determined by your standard shoe size.
- Skin Care: If you have sensitive skin, ensure the liner remains clean and completely dry. Wearing a tall, moisture-wicking orthopedic sock underneath can help prevent friction and skin irritation.
