General Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (in-store only).
- Items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain health and hygiene standards, some items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:
- Incontinence products
- Compression stockings
- Wound care and dressings
- Braces and orthopedic supports
- Bathroom equipment
- Mobility equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs)
- Personal protective equipment
- Items in contact with skin
- Opened or used products
- Liquids (creams, gels, solutions)
- Clearance items
- Special order or custom products
In-Store Purchases

- Returns must be completed in person.
- Approved returns may be processed as:
- Refund to original payment method
- Store credit
- Exchange
Online Purchases
Online Returns
- Please contact us before returning any item.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report within 72 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
- If the issue is our error, we will cover shipping costs.
Large Equipment
For lift chairs, power mobility, and similar items:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Items must be in like-new condition
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Restocking fees up to 25% may apply
Refunds
- Issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 5–10 business days after approval
