At Mobility Plus Health Solutions, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. Due to the nature of medical supplies and hygiene regulations, certain conditions apply to returns and exchanges.

General Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (in-store only).
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unopened
    • In original packaging
    • In resaleable condition
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain health and hygiene standards, some items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

  • Incontinence products
  • Compression stockings
  • Wound care and dressings
  • Braces and orthopedic supports
  • Bathroom equipment
  • Mobility equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs)
  • Personal protective equipment
  • Items in contact with skin
  • Opened or used products
  • Liquids (creams, gels, solutions)
  • Clearance items
  • Special order or custom products

In-Store Purchases

Returns & Exchanges (In-Store)

  • Returns must be completed in person.
  • Approved returns may be processed as:
    • Refund to original payment method
    • Store credit
    • Exchange

Online Purchases

Online Returns

  • Please contact us before returning any item.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 72 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
  • If the issue is our error, we will cover shipping costs.

Large Equipment

For lift chairs, power mobility, and similar items:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Items must be in like-new condition
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Restocking fees up to 25% may apply

Refunds

  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 5–10 business days after approval
